In the
framework of the project “Lower Silesian Centre for Paediatrics and Complex
Treatment of Children with FASD in Children's Hospital of St. Louis in Cracow”
commences a medical project relating to diagnostics, treatment and preventive
and educational actions. A long-term development and the targeting of the
hospital for specialist paediatric services, unique in the macro-region of
Malopolska are aimed at creating the Centre for Treatment of Children with
FASD, Department of Infectious Diseases with Neuroinfections, Department of
Rare Diseases and the Department of Younger Children with a subdivision of
Neurology, Neonatology and Neonatal Pathology. All the design works relating to
the reconstruction of the hospital and its adaptation to the new functions were
conducted by Kontrapunkt Medic Team under the management of Arch. Ewa Dobrucka.
