Recently the Kontrapunkt Team is working under project regarding modernization of a general surgery hospital ward as well as an infantile surgery ward. After modernization, general surgery will be able to admit around forty three patients whereas infantile part will have around nineteen places.
Infantile surgery consists of nineteen beds and all rooms are equipped with sanitation. At the ward we can find a treatment room, nurse room, postoperative room with an intensified supervision, examination room and a common room for children. From the corridor to the wards of children were marked up colour paths of animals trails.
Much bigger general surgery ward consist of forty three beds, main part with secretariat, head's of the department room, conference room, consulting-room and departmental nurse room. The project was developed by an engineer architect Ewa Dobrucka.
