Surgical Clinic on the Elektoralna Street
The Kontrapunkt team carried out a conversion project for the J.W.D. surgical clinic, which has taken into account the modification of usage nature of the premises.
Acting for the investor (J.W. CONSTRUCTION Holding S.A) our team converted the premises on the Elektoralna Street into a one day ophthalmology and laryngological treatment centre. The diagnostics part of the clinic will consist of an ophthalmology, laryngology, and anaesthetics clinic as well as of treatment and consultation rooms. The treatment component will consist of a consultation room, two operation rooms, patient room, post anaesthetic recovery room, doctors’ room, nurses’ room and a treatment room. Both sections of the clinic will be situated on the ground floor and the technical section in the basement of the building. The basement space below the diagnostics section will be serving as staff cloakroom, warehouse facilities and technical rooms.
Clinic on the Łucka Street
J.W Construction has also commissioned the Kontrapunkt team to plan the conceptual design of the Out-patient Clinic Complex on the Łucka Street.
The clinic has been located on the ground and first floor of a residential and office building. The entrance to the clinic has been adjusted to the needs of people with disabilities. There are no architectonic barriers in the entire building. On the ground floor there is reception desk, cloakroom and a laboratory where samples for analysis are being taken.
On the first floor clinics have been situated (among others gynaecological-urological clinic, occupational medicine clinic, cardiologic clinic, x-ray and mammography laboratory). Lavatories have been adjusted to the needs of people with disabilities.
