Description
The Kontrapunkt V-Project Investment Team prepared a concept for spatial land development in Gdańsk intended for a housing project. The plot covered by the study is 42 hectares, located only 6 km from the historic centre of Gdańsk.
We called our urban concept the Roe Deer Forest. The name refers to the basic composition assumption, which entails the introduction of a main composition axis composed of green recreational areas. The belt of greenery combines various types of development, and in the designers’ intention is to integrate the district residents. The area of the designed input is characterised by huge differences and downslopes. To use those natural assets, the development was designed in such a way as to be adapted to topography. Such solutions favourably affect the profitability of the later investment.
