The Kontrapunkt V-Project Investment Team enters the Middle East markets. We have prepared a design for 10 villas for Middle East Development from the United Arab Emirates, a multi-sector company active in the real property business and investment project management. The mansions will be erected in SYRGAYAH, about 50 km from Damascus, the capital of Syria.
The architectural concept provides for a design of 10 buildings according to 4 styles: Moroccan, Damascene, Modernist and Swiss.
Five visualisation teams, architects, structural engineers and painters took part in the works led by Louay Farah (whom, due to his Syrian origin, the design is very dear).
The investment project and the multimedia presentation were presented by Aleksander Mirek and Louay Farah at the meeting which was held in Dubai, the investor’s side was represented by Tarik Ben Laden, MED owner, and its director Issam Halabi.
