The Kontrapunkt V-Project Investment Team has completed the construction design of the municipal housing estate on the area of Fort Śliwicki at Jagiellońska Street in Warsaw. Following the order of the investor, the Praga Północ District Office, 330 apartments were inscribed in the area development plan of the former fortifications.
The system of internal squares and greenery areas deserves particular attention that in the contemporary shape, reflect the form of the former earth bunds. Tall brick-wall buildings inscribe in the layout in the monumental fortifications; on the foreland of the fort, low smoothly plastered buildings are situated.
Concrete facade of the multi-storey garage is the referral to the defensive architecture.
