New laboratories of Air Force Institute of Technology

The KVP Investment Team has accomplished and provided the investor with the detailed design of the reconstruction of the Research and Development Division of the Air Force Institute of Technology in Warsaw. Under the management of Mrs. Lucyna Serafin, new functional – utility layout of the building situated at 35a Ostroroga Street 35a was elaborate and changes in the site development plan have been introduced.The object, designed for the needs of the Division of Propellants and Greases of AFIT will be adapted to suit research - administrative the functions. Among others, laboratories and workrooms will be equipped in the installation of laboratory gases (e.g. acetylene, argon, helium, carbon dioxide) to supply chromatographs and spectrometers. Total building floorage equals to approximately 1091m2. On the area neighboring with the building, small architecture objects are designed; such as pergolas, enclosed recreation objects or a car and bicycles parking. The design of green areas contemplating the planting of shrubs and decorative trees has been tailored to the new internal layout of walkways and squares.
