Under the management of Mr. Miłosz Sanetra from the Kontrapunkt V-Project Investment Team, commenced the construction of two family foster homes in Warsaw. Following the order of the Public Property Board of Warsaw, at Szczotkarska and Kontuszowa Street will start the construction of buildings resembling typical single family houses aimed for 12 persons, 10 of them being children.
In the objects, modern energy-saving solutions have been designed; such as mechanical ventilation with highly-efficient heat recovery system, additional thermal insulation and cold bridges stripping. What also contributes to correctly preserve energy in the building, is the location of the house itself, as well as the position of windows in appropriate spots of two-layer walls.
