Sedum Apartment Building under construction

In October construction works over Sedum Apartment Building, a multifamily building in Praga District of Warsaw will commence. The design elaborate in the Kontrapunkt V-Project Investment Team will be erected at 51 Białostocka Street. Sedum Apartment Building is created by two five-storey buildings linked by means of underground garage. The design recalls the architectonic traditions of the right-sided Warsaw and refers to classical modernism of the between the two Wars' period.The execution of the Sedum Apartment Building is to complete and organize building quarter in the investor's district of Praga Północ. The sedum herbs that according to the folk tales are to protect against storms and drive away thunderbolts will be placed in the building foundations. The contractor of this project is UNIBEP S.A.
