Family-type Foster Homes according to the design of the Kontrapunkt V-Project Investment Team start to become reality. Two such objects are being created following the order of the Council of the Assets of the Capital City of Warsaw at Kontuszowa and Szczotkarska Streets. The main design assumptions are based on two pillars: functionality, being the consequence of the understanding of the needs of the dwellers of the Family-type Foster Home and providing maximum comfort and space, preserving relatively small building block. The object, whose aim is to serve a group of 10 children and 2 carers, gives the feeling of a typical Polish home, is adapted to the disableds' needs and uses modern energy-saving solutions.
