On November 5, 2010, the construction works of Małopolska New Technologies Park were inaugurated on the area of the Campus of the Jagiellonian University in Pychowice. Among the invited guests, there were the President of the City of Cracow, Jacek Majchrowski, the Rector of Jagiellonian University prof. Karol Musioł, the Rector of AGH University of Science, prof. Antoni Tajdu¶, the Rector of Cracow University of Technology, prof. Kazimierz Furtak and the representatives of local authorities and Warbud Company, the general contractor of construction works. The participants of the meeting conducted by the General Manager of KPT, Mr. Sławomir Kopeć listened to the speech of Jerzy Miller, the Minister of Home Affairs and Administration and participated in the undersigning of erection act.The construction id the high technologies building designed by Kontrapunkt V-Projekt Investment Team under the supervison of arch. Katarzyna Florek was symbolically commenced by the first dig of the excavator.
