Kontrapunkt
V-Project Investment Team will conduct design works for the investment task
under the name of "The reconstruction and thermal modernization of the
complex of exhibition and educational glasshouses located at the Palm House
Walbrzych. The Palm House, itself, was built in the years 1908-1911 at the initiative
of the Hochberg Family and belongs to the Książ castle complex. The object is
composed of 22 glasshouses and outbuildings being under building preservation
maintenance. Works conducted under the
management of Arch. Louay Farah will cover, among others, the adaptation of
boiler house, using pro-ecological solutions, a computer system for greenhouse
climate control, reconstruction of the greenhouses of the capacity of 22,000
cubic meters in energy-efficient technology and the land development of the
entire Palm House.
