We have begun works on the conception for a land use plan in Gdansk intended for the housing development. The plot’s area is 42ha, localized only 6km from the historic center of Gdansk.
Our urbanity conception is called
The Roe-Deer’s Forest. This name refers to the
main compositional assumption - a compositional axis which is also a green and recreational area at the
same time. The green center consolidate the different types of the development
as well as it is integrating habitants of the housing estate. The area isn’t
homogeneous, on the contrary we can notice big difference of levels and
declivities. Taking advantage of the natural shape, we adjusted the housing to
the land what will favourably influence profitability of the investment in
future.
