Roe's Deer Glade

The Kontrapunkt Team has begun design works on the first stage of housing development in Gdansk.

The concerned area is  the 42 hectares plot, localized only within six kilometers from the historic center of Gdansk. The Housing estate Roe’s Deer Glade of utilitarian capacity of 220 000 m²  ( commercial& recreational area is not included in this ).
