The Design &Investment Team Kontrapunkt is in the final stage of a project of ten villas for the Middle East Development. Residences will come into existence in SYRGAYAH, the resort situated within 50 kilomiters from Damask – a capital of Syria.
After negotiations conducted in March 2008, a contract for the project was signed in the April. The 4th and the 5th of the June 2008, in Dubai took place a meeting of Kontrapunkt’ s and MED‘s Management representatives (in which took part shake Tarik ben Laden - the owner, and Issam Halami - the director, civil engineers architects Louay Farah and Aleksander Mirek ). During the meeting was shown a multimedia presentation of a design conception. Architects decided to design ten buildings in marocco, damascene, modern and swiss style, on four different spaces 3x 250 m, 3 x 50 m, 2 x 500m, 2 x 750 m. During design studies leaded by an engineer Louay Farah, participated five units – architects, constructors, artistic painters and designers.
