The Porta Varsovia project that foresees a construction of two highest skycrapers in Poland (230m high each) has obtained approval of Zarząd Mienia Miasta Stołecznego Warszawy (The Public Property Board of Warsaw).
This project, prepared by The Kontrapunkt Team in cooperation with Mirek Ostrowski Artistic Company, foresees a construction of two giant office and appartement buildings of usable area of 133 620m2.
A plot for this investement task is located in the center of Warsaw, next to The Mariott Hotel and St. Peter and St. Paul Chuch. The unusual prestige of this location is also given weight by the future neighbourhood of the Lilium building of Zaha Hadid.
