In the Infant Jesus Clinical Hospital - Trauma Treatment Center in Warsaw, a Center for Diagnosis and Treatment of Venous Thromboembolism will be established. The project will be conducted in the framework of the modernization of the Department of Internal Medicine and Cardiology at 4, Lindley Street.
Designers from KVP Medic under the management of Ms. Ewa Dobrucka will elaborate a formal and utility concept as well as civil engineering design of the new centre. The extension of the existing building will maintain its clinic functions (diagnosis and non-invasive treatment of cardiovascular diseases), didactic functions (education of the students of Warsaw Medical University) and research functions (development of modern clinical proceedings). The building will have the capacity of 32 beds for patients, cardiac intensive care unit, research units, and a conference room. Total surface of the newly planned clinic will equal to 2570m2.
