The long-announced spatial revitalization of Fort Śliwicki in Warsaw, designed by the Kontrapunkt V-Project Investment Team is currently acquiring its final shapes. Following the order of the Board of Praga Północ District of Warsaw, the investor of the project, a residential complex for municipal use is now being constructed in exceptional historic surroundings. In the old fortification system, 330 social housings have been located. In the third stage of works that is now being conducted, there will be three Punkt buildings and a multi-vehicle parking lot.The II stage, after December 2011, envisages the construction of another two Punkt buildings, whereas in the stage III tall structures named Barkan, Bastion, Luneta and Redan will be erected.
