The newest complex of auditorium halls of the Cracow University of Technology will be built in the building, which, nearly 100 years ago, was a place to store cannons and give shelter to horses. The Kontrapunkt V-Project Investment Team has undertaken the design of the redevelopment of the historic barn and gun shed building from 1918 into a didactical complex for 800 persons. In the area of Kleparz District in Cracow, covered by the conservator’s custody, at 24 Warszawska Street, three halls will be constructed shortly, the biggest of which will be designed to hold 340 persons. In addition, there will be three didactic rooms provided.The ramp used to introduce horses to the building will be used as a platform for the summer theatre of amphiteater house, whose idea arose during the converstations of the Kontrapunkt architects with the authorities of the Cracow University of Technology. On a covered stage performances, happenings and exhibitions of work graduate students will be presented.
