The Kontrapunkt Project Investment Team, under the direction of Lucyna Serafin, prepared a building project for an investment in Jaworzno.
This two-storey building is located on Olszewskiego Street. It was adapted for the needs of a marketing agency, and it was ready for use in July 2008. The project foresaw the restructuring of the building (found in its unfinished state), as well as a replacement of the facade. Decorative forged grating was installed in the windows, and the facade was finished with clinker brick and plaster work. In response to the needs of the investor, the storerooms and production department were situated on the ground floor of the building, while the first floor houses the accounting department and management offices. Private quarters have also been placed here.
